Terms & Agreement

Payment:

Final Balance is due before or the day the service is rendered. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $15 a day until the payment is received in full. Client agrees to pay the full amount due under this contract, even if the Client actually uses Artists for less time/work than contracted for.

OVERTIME:

If the service is required exceeding the timeline agreed upon, the client may request overtime. Additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed in increment of 15/30/45/60 minutes.

 Cancellation/Reschedule:

Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, your deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a different date/time based on availability of the artist.

Deposit (Non-refundable):

In the event of the Clients cancelling the event for whatever reason, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Artist is unable to perform this agreement due to fire or other casualty, weather, act of God, or other cause beyond our control, we will return the deposit to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement.

Parking:

Any charges for parking facility on location will be the client’s responsibility (Street, Hotel, Valet etc.)

Photography:

The artists reserves the right to take photographs of the artwork she produces for portfolio, website and other business usage.

All Natural and Safe products/insurance:

Artist agrees to provide service using 100% Natural products. Artists also agrees that a liability insurance policy is in full force and effect and will provide a current insurance certificate upon request.

Liability Statement

Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to any materials. For sanitary reasons, Artists will not service anyone who is or appears to the Artists to be sick or suffering from any infectious conditions. Artist’s will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to Artists equipment or supplies caused by pets, lawn sprinklers, or guests. Under no circumstances will Artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parent’s responsibility.

Extreme Adverse Working Conditions:

The artist have the right to leave the location right away, In case of extreme adverse working conditions. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: verbal/physical abuse; destructive/violent/extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise dangerous conditions.

Setup

ArtistArtist(s) will arrive few minute before the scheduled time to setup. It is client's responsibility to provide 2 chairs and a medium sized table (dining height).
Artist can arrange/bring portable chair(s) & table upon request.

Breaks and stop time

Artist will take breaks of 5-10 minutes every two hours and should have access to a restroom.

Late Start or Tardiness

If we are unable to start our service due to tardiness of the bride or any member getting service that day, additional fees will apply. For each 15 minutes that an artist(s) has to wait, a $15/artist fee will be assessed and due before services can be started. Late start will throw off the timeline, and services may be cut short due to tardiness.

All Sangeet and Mehndi/Dholki parties should take place on a separate day from your bridal henna. For the darkest stain, I highly recommend Henna should be booked 2-3 days prior to your event, as it takes 24-48 hours for the stain to develop.
Bridal Henna application process is preferred to be in a quiet, distraction free working environment. It allows artists to create beautiful work in a timely manner. Suggested start time 6:00pm - 7:00pm (so you could sleep with your henna paste on after your appointment)
